Packaging is specified per order and confirmed on the quotation. Tell us the transport mode and we will propose packing that protects the tooth edges in transit.
Shipping
Shipping method and carrier are chosen together with you — air, sea LCL/FCL or courier — depending on weight, destination and urgency. The option, the carrier and the estimated transit time are stated on the quotation.
Lead time and minimum quantity
Lead time and minimum order quantity depend on the item, the quantity and the material grade. Both are stated on the quotation before you commit to an order.
Delivery process
Inquiry → specification check → quotation with validity and lead time → order confirmation → production → inspection → shipment → documents. Each step is confirmed with you in writing before the next one starts.
